1. Tournament Overview

The Duracoat Golf Masters Series is a series of golf events played under the Stableford format at selected golf clubs in Kenya during 2026.

  • 28 November 2026 – Mt. Kipipiri Golf

 

2. Eligibility

Participation is open to invited guests including:

• Consultants
• Dealers
• Contractors
• Their invited friends
• Members of the host golf club (subject to available slots and organiser allocation)

All registrations are subject to approval by the Organiser.

 

3. Registration Process

• Entry is by advance registration only through the official Tournament registration page via QR code.
• Submission of a registration form does not guarantee participation until confirmed by the Organiser.
• Slots are limited and may be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis or at the Organiser’s discretion.

 

4. Handicap Rules

• Players with an official recognized handicap are eligible for all competition prizes.
• Players without a handicap may participate but shall not be eligible for prize awards, regardless of score.

 

5. Competition Rules

• The Tournament shall be played under the Stableford scoring system.
• Play shall be governed by the Rules of Golf and any local rules of the host club.
• The Tournament Committee’s decisions on scoring, disputes, handicaps, and results shall be final.

 

6. Prizes

Prizes may include, but are not limited to:

• Overall Winner
• Overall Runner-Up
• 2nd Runner-Up
• Nearest to the Pin
• Longest Drive – Men
• Longest Drive – Women
• Piga Mingi

The Organiser reserves the right to amend prize categories, substitute prizes, or withhold awards where necessary.

7. Dress Code & Conduct

All participants must comply with the dress code, etiquette, and conduct rules of the host golf club.

The Organiser reserves the right to refuse participation or remove any player whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, abusive, or inconsistent with golf etiquette.

8. Photography & Media Consent

By registering for the Tournament and ticking the consent checkbox during registration, participants grant the Organiser and its partners permission to:

• Photograph and film the event
• Use participant names, likenesses, and images
• Publish content for promotional, advertising, social media, and marketing purposes without additional compensation

 

9. Cancellation / Changes / Force Majeure

The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, postpone, reschedule, or modify any event date, venue, tee times, format, prizes, or rules due to weather, safety concerns, low participation, venue requirements, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

10. Liability Waiver

Participants enter and play at their own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Organiser, sponsors, host clubs, staff, and affiliates shall not be liable for injury, illness, loss, damage, delays, or interruptions arising during participation.

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are fit to play.

11. Data Protection

Personal information collected during registration may be used for tournament administration, participant communication, event planning, and future promotions relating to the Tournament or Organiser brands.

12. Organiser Rights

Basco Products K Ltd reserves the right to interpret, amend, update, or enforce these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

13. Acceptance

By completing registration, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
